Coldwell Banker has released an ad, titled “Old Dog, New Dog,” which displays how adopting a pet can bring joy and love to a home. The ad features an adorable, full-grown dog, named Cooper, as well as a heartwarming story about adopting older dogs – older dogs often have a harder time finding homes. In the video a young girl and her family attend an adoption event. She is drawn to Cooper, ‘the old dog,’ and picks him over the crowd of younger dogs. The girl’s family adopts Cooper and the video ends with the girl and Cooper sharing a joyfully moment, where the two dress up and have tea together.

The advertisement is the latest feature of Coldwell Banker’s “Homes for Dogs Project,” a partnership with Adopt-a-Pet.com. Since 2015, these two organizations have helped find homes for more than 20,000 dogs. Finding forever homes for dogs is an important goal for both organizations.
